This encounter is against several Vangals and Daodrenners. Fire magic is useful for dispatching the vangals, while Daodrenners have a slight weakness to earth. Daodrenners have high RES, however, so it may be best for your mages to focus on the vangals, while your weapon users focus on the Daodrenners.
